Our highly skilled transcriptionists will transcribe feature films, documentaries, interviews, audio files, and pre-recorded conference calls and presentations into an MS Word document (or any other document format you choose).

We work both with digital formats and standard audio- and videocassettes. Whatever format you choose, whether it be digital audio files, CDs, DVDs, audiocassettes or videocassettes, we guarantee absolute confidentiality and the highest degree of professionalism.

Our professional team provides transcription services in the following languages:

• Russian, English, Ukrainian;

Transcription rates are based either on the number of minutes of the original, or the number of words in the original (we let our clients choose whichever method of calculation they wish). We offer two packages based on the turnaround time and complexity of the material submitted for transcription, with prices ranging from 1.5 to 6 cents per word (or starting at 2 dollars per minute). Most clients prefer the Standard.Pro package because it offers the perfect blend of fair pricing and smart timing without the rush or fuss. Need faster service? Take our Express24.Pro package, with rates beginning at 6 cents per word or $8 per minute. Three or more hours of audio/video material will be subject to higher rates. Availability is limited for our express package.
